Innovating Science chemistry kit is used to produce biodiesel, and features a two-phase process to produce small batches of crude biodiesel for demonstrating burning qualities biodiesel and vegetable oil. The kit includes an optional small-scale exercise for students to experience the full process of producing biodiesel to meet quality levels necessary for use in vehicles through a washing procedure.
