The Boyle's Law apparatus is an ideal instructional aid for studying the relationship between the pressure and volume of a gas held at a constant temperature. The sturdy construction of this closed system consists of a vertically standing graduated tube, pressure gauge, and fluid reservoir, all mounted on a powder-coated metal base. A colored fluid such as water or oil (not included) added to the reservoir will advance up or down the clear graduated column relative to the air pressure applied with the included hand pump. Pressure and volume are measured via a dual range gauge (0-50 p.s.i. and 0-3.5 Pa) and graduated column (marked 0-54 in 0.1 increments).
Includes Boyle's Law Apparatus, hand pump, 6.25" braided hose, wrench for tightening the reservoir, funnel, and instructions. Size of apparatus: 27"H with 9.8"x7" base.
